May 19, 2006 - Lange is proud to announce that we are relocating
to a 69,400 sq ft facility. The new home of Lange is located at 3965
Nashua Drive in Mississauga which is just west of Hwy 427 and just
south of Derry Rd.
Our new location features approximately
10,500 square feet of office space and 59,000 sq feet of warehouse
space. The building
currently has 2 loading docks and 2 drive in doors, but it will be
converted to 8 docks and 1 drive in door before we move in. Approximately
20,000 sq ft of the warehouse is 24 foot clear (ceiling height),
and the rest is 18 foot clear.
This facility will not only allow
Lange to service our clients better due to significantly increased
warehouse and office space, but transportation times to the major
show facilities will be improved. We will
be 2 minutes away from Hwy 427 going southbound or northbound and
traffic in that area is lighter than the Dixie and 401 area. We will
be 5 minutes away from the International Centre, 7 minutes from the
Toronto Congress Centre, and going downtown is much easier on the
southbound 427 then going east on the 401 and then going south on
the 427.
We take possession of the building
on June 23rd , but due to some renovations we will be undertaking
and a busy show schedule in August, we don't anticipate moving
until the beginning of September. More
