CAEM 6th ANNUAL AWARD GALA WINNERS - Friday, February 07, 2014

Toronto, February 7, 2014 . . . . Yesterday, more than 175 exposition industry professionals gathered at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Constitution Hall for the Canadian Association of Exposition Management’s (CAEM) 6th annual awards gala ‘Celebrating the Stars of the Show’. CAEM recognized individuals that have made a significant contribution to the exposition management industry and to the Association. 
“The incredible accomplishments of the individuals being recognized by CAEM are a direct contribution to the vibrancy of Canada’s events industry.  Congratulations and thank you to each award winner for making our industry better and brighter,”stated Lisa McDonald, President of CAEM. “CAEM is successful because we have a very strong and dedicated group of volunteers that devote their time, expertise and passion in leading the organization. As a team, they are committed to making a difference!”
Hall of Fame Inductees:
On this special evening, the following industry professionals were inducted into Canada’s exposition management Hall of Fame.  This high level distinction award is sponsored by GES Global Experience Specialists and is awarded to leaders who have achieved prominence for the honour they bring to the exposition industry, and as a result of their activities within industry.  A Hall of Fame inductee is viewed as a professional with a commitment to quality and a mentor who shares their wisdom and industry knowledge to expand the industry.
